Action NZ Rotorua

So today, we went to Action New Zealand located in Rotorua, This situated on the road that leads out to the airport, and is hard to miss. Action NZ has a funky little 9 hole golf course, which is a par 27, don’t be deceived, it’s not chip and giggle, the greens are small, and about 50 metres from the tee. You will need to be accurate, however the site is relaxed and a whole lot of fun for the family.

Golf Courses at Lake Taupo Jack Nicklaus Kinloch

Lake Taupo has a number of golf courses catering for all experience levels, and this is one for the better golfer amongst us. I was lucky enough to see Jack and his son Jacky Jr play the first nine holes when it first opened 2007.

The course as you would expect from an international standard is very challenging, with long rough and narrow fairways, and some interesting shaped greens stray and you pay!

This course is a world class golf course with many challenges that will test even the most competent golfer,. The course is set against the backdrop of Lake Taupo.

The Kinloch Club / Jack Nicklaus golf club of New Zealand is the only Nicklaus signature designed course in the country. It is an 18 hole Championship par 72 golf course.

Be sure to put this on your list of golf courses to play, while you are visiting New Zealand.
